From the beginning of our existence, we provide companies with highly specialized IT professionals, until the emergence of a dedicated RITS team, which today brings together over 500 IT specialists in the competence centers in Poland, and from 2019 also in Vietnam.

Łukasz Kośnik

CEO, Managing Partner

President of Relyon IT Services since 2013, a company operating under the RITS brand (a company valued by customers with a team of several hundred IT specialists). He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, he completed postgraduate studies at Dublin Business School. He specializes in building and implementing new business strategies and creating effective IT teams. His numerous successful projects make him the responsible team leader with which he has built up the company's current position. His greatest successes, as he says himself, are: RITS Competence Center established in Vietnam and cooperation with partners such as DocuSign or UiPath.

Michał Jaremek

Member of the board, director of the Professional Services department

He gained managerial experience in IT companies. He has been successfully organizing business processes for ten years, and since 2018 at RITS. It optimizes the quality of IT services and management services, and manages dispersed teams. His specialization is the perfect organization of processes, work standards and improving the qualifications of IT consultants working at RITS. Responsible for the quality of services. He is a well-prepared and experienced manager. On the one hand, he has a master's degree in computer science and programming practice, on the other - an expert in project management. He completed postgraduate studies in project management at the Warsaw School of Economics and many ITIL and Microsoft certificates. He has been managing projects since 2010.

Paweł olejniczak

Member of the board, VP Sales

Paweł joined Rits in 2020. He is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Lead Generation. He is a graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin's Faculty of Law and Administration and postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in IT Management. He holds ITIL and PRINCE certifications. For over 12 years he has been associated with the IT industry, and for 10 years he has been closely specializing in the outsourcing of IT services and solutions. He has repeatedly built sales departments and created incentive systems in this area.
